Éclair FC is a non-profit organization in the Miami area believes in creating hope for generations to come and promotes it through sports, education, and leadership.

We use our values to build up effective leaders, great places, and great communities. we also want to ensure that our environment encourages and supports direct communication and interaction between our team members and to everyone involved. We encourage an atmosphere of mutual trust, respect, and a win-win approach.
